  • Dairy Health Manager

The objective of the DHM simulator is to compare strategies for controlling the health of the dairy cattle herd. By modifying livestock management actions, such as the herd mating policy, the use of treatments,... the biological functions of the animals and their interactions are modified, and ultimately, the productivity of the herd is impacted. DHM provides results in terms of health (number of animals treated and deaths), milk and reproductive performance, and economic margin.

  • EMULSION

The EMULSION Framework is aimed at modelers in epidemiology, to help them design, revise and simulate complex stochastic mechanistic models without having to write huge amounts of code, while facilitating exchanges between modeling scientists and non-modeling scientists on model assumptions and structure. This tool has been developed within the Dynamo team, in charge of modeling the pathogen propagation in animal populations.

  • Mihmes tools

The Mihmestools suite of decision support tools is a powerful support for the control of pathogens from the farm to the regional scale. This tool has been developed within the Dynamo team, in charge of modeling the pathogen propagation in animal populations.

  • Optimization of animal batches

Algorithm used to optimize the management of young bovine transfers between breeders and fatteners (batch creation and transfer distances). This tool has been developed within the Dynamo team, in charge of modeling the pathogen propagation in animal populations.

  • Transmissio

Transmissio is a program to visualize temporal graph data (network) combined with geographic information (node coordinates). It provides a straightforward tool for representing network data in an interactive way, in the form of static or dynamic visualization. This tool has been developed within the Dynamo team, in charge of modeling the pathogen propagation in animal populations.

  • Tsetse population dynamics

Tse tse is a program modelling the population dynamics of tsetse flies in the Niayes area of Senegal. Optimization of the control of population density in space by targeted increase of mortality in certain patches. This tool has been developed within the Dynamo team, in charge of modeling the pathogen propagation in animal populations.
