• Optimization of animal batches

  Algorithm used to optimize the management of young bovine transfers between breeders and fatteners (batch creation and transfer distances). This tool has been developed within the Dynamo team, in charge of modeling the pathogen propagation in animal populations.

• Tsetse population dynamics

  Tse tse is a program modelling the population dynamics of tsetse flies in the Niayes area of Senegal. Optimization of the control of population density in space by targeted increase of mortality in certain patches.
